Who we are

Founded in 1996, Striving to Achieve & Reach Success (STARS) has served Howard Beach and Queens Community District 10 for three decades.

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

What began as a Youth Center is set to grow into a community institution committed to providing educational enrichment, leadership development, cultural programming, and family-centered events.

Achieve &... Achievement is a big part of our organization, and something we are very proud of. We have programs for all ages.

Success! Everyone wants it, but it doesn't come easy. We all need to work for our own personal success, and we all have to work together for the community to maintain and improve it.
